Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction:

This Cancellation Policy is applicable to all tour packages and bookings made with Munnar Holidays, a travel agency in Kerala. It is crucial for our esteemed clients to read, understand, and acknowledge the terms specified herein before making any reservations.

2. Cancellation Fees:

The cancellation charges are based on the number of days before your Tour Start Date:

More than 45 days: 10% of the total booking amount.
45 days to 30 days: 25% of the total booking amount.
30 days to 15 days: 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days: 100% of the total booking amount.
In addition to the above charges, a service charge of INR 1000 per person will be applied to all cancellations.

3. Mode of Cancellation:

To request a cancellation, clients must send an email to the specific email ID from which they received their booking confirmation. Please be informed that we do not accept cancellations via phone calls.

4. Increase in Costs:

Munnar Holidays reserves the right to adjust the price of any tour package or booking in case of increases in hotel rates, airfares, transportation costs, government taxes, fuel prices, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, clients will be informed and are bound to pay the augmented costs.

5. Tentative Bookings:

Any hotel or package booking made with Munnar Holidays is deemed tentative until the client pays the required amount in advance and secures the reservation on a guaranteed basis.

6. Final Remarks:

Munnar Holidays strives to offer a transparent and efficient booking process. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

7. Refund

The refund will be processed within 7 working days. The amount will be transferred directly to the recipient’s bank account through RTGS/NEFT online transfer.
